Jake was wandering the beach when he came upon a shack and decided to explore it. He found that it was very quiet and was kind of creepy. He started to look for something interesting and he saw this glow under one of the floorboards and he decided to crack it open with his pocketknife but to his surprise it just slid and he looked and there was a map. But before he had a chance to look at it he heard the door start to creak open and quickly put the map away. Jake could not clearly see what the person looked like until he came up close he was a very nasty looking man.The man looked over him and said "who are you and what do you want" he said in a stern voice. " "My name is Jake and I was just exploring this old shack."Well then Jake I'm sorry that I scared you and my name is Bob and this would be my shack and you probably did not know that I lived in this old run down little shack."Jake and Bob became friends and Jake came to his house the next day.
Jake decided he wanted to go back to Bob's house today. His parents said it was fine just not to get into any trouble. He saw Bob bringing out some long fishing poles and Jake asked,
"what are those things"?
"Oh these are just some extra long fishingpoles".
"What are they for"?
"They're extra long so that I can take a shot at those sharks".
"You kill sharks" Jake exclaimed.
"Gotta make a living kid".
"I'm going huntin' for some Spiny Dogfish you wanna come".
"If we're only hunting Spiny Dogfish I think my parents will let me go".
Jake was getting bored, he'd been in the ship for a long time and they had'nt caught anything. He was thinking about food until he felt a little tug on his line then another then he was jolted calling for Bob to come and help him he started reeling it in.Bob came and helped him and they caught it and brought it home.
When they got home Bob gave Jake a tooth from the shark thanking him for his help then Jake asked him about the map under the floorboards.
Bob was very reluctant in telling him what it was, and Bob said it was a map of the constellations. Jake asked why he had a map of constellations. Bob said he used it when he was in space and when he battled aliens with his laser gun and that his ship was badly damaged and he landed in the ocean, he said he was from a different planet he said he was from Mars. He also said he talked to much and that Jake should go back to the hotel.
Jake started to argue with Bob asking him what really happened and Bob said that he would only tell him what happened when he landed in the ocean. He said that he was a general in the FAAI(FightingAgainstAlienInvasion) he also said that he was on a secret mission and he was surrounded by aliens and they were about to kill him when he shot one with his laser gun and got into his ship and shot some WMD's(WeaponsofMassDestruction) at the mothership but before he could shoot them off the aliens shot his ship and he was thrown down to earth into the ocean and washed up on the beach
Jake thought how much fun he had and imagined how much fun he would have when he goes to Florida next year.
