My map is very old. My magical map is a chestnut brown and the edges are worn from its age. The map is bewitched to show different places that have been discovered or known to the person or thing that has lived before or is still living. You can choose the place you seek by clearly saying the place you seek to the map. If the place has been discovered it will show up on the map, but if it hasn't been discovered or is mythical, the map will say in fancy, old writing, "Please try again."
My main character is a girl named Christina. She is 11 years old and lives in the 1700's. She has light brown and bright blue eyes. She is a very playful girl who loves to run. She and her family live right by to the ocean so she is always swimmming. She also rides horses when ever she can. She is very intelligent and beatiful. She has a very nice family with a brother and sister. Her father works as a carpenter in town and her brother is 10 and sometimes teases her but is often nice and her sister is 6 and is also nice but is sometimes is a tattletale.
Chistina lives in Royal Port in the time of 1711. 1711 is the time of colonial and there is tons of soldairs everywere. There is tons of food and water so not that many people are starving.
Christina lives right off the coast line, on a drop off. The beach is right next to the drop off. The map washes up on the beach by Christina's house.
Christina's town is hottish and quite wet. There is very many people in the rather large town that is located in England.
Christina's brother, Jack is always tagging along were ever Christina goes. Jack was with Christina when she found the map. Jack is a mishievous 10 year old who is sometimes annoying.
Jack has brownish, blackish hair that is kind of long and slightly curly. He has dark brown eyes and a light tan. He kind of tall.
Christina was getting ready to go to bed when she began to think about pirate ships and old maps. When she began to fall asleep she had a dream about the future. She had a dream about a pirate flag map. At first she could not tell what it was, but in the dream she was slowly getting closer. When she was at least a foot away she stopped. She could clearly see the map now and on the map there was three kinds of writing, English, Spanish, and French. The ship was made about 150 years ago which could be some where around her time. The map is in a design of a pirate flag, the flag is so big it covers up half the bottom of the ship. Christina watched in surprise and horror as the ship sunk down into the murky deeps of the ocean. She looked down and her eyes grew big as she relized she was standing on water. She then plunged into the water like in a old cartoons were the person looks down and then falls into the water. Christina woke up with a start and looked up and discovered that it was raining and there was a leak in the roof. Christina moved her bed away from the leak and got back in her bed. She would tell her dad about the leak tomorrow.
