Sparx is four feet tall and can run 76 mph. He weighs 50 pounds and can lift 12 times his weight. Sparx loves to play sports,like bowling and football. He does have claws,so be careful! Sparx eats what we do but not fish or anything with barbcue sauce. I forgot to tell you that he is green with blue eyes. He sleeps on a bed with a teddy bear. Sparx helps around the house a lot. He has a friend named Milo,who is a flying frog. Sparx has excelent hearing, and guards the house. It's fun when he gives you rides. Oh,he can talk like us too. His My owner Glen is 11 years old and 5 feet tall. He has blond hair and loves to ride on me! Glen also likes to play video games. His favorite thing to eat is his mom's homemade creamy noodles. Glen likes to take online classes. He got me because he likes lizards and frogs. He has three brothers and two sisters. He is a Boy Scout, rank of second class. He is homeschooled so he can play with me often. Glen is very helpful.
My story begins when I was playing outside with Sparx. All of a sudden a small rocket landed in our yard. I opened the rocket and a projection of a person came out. It said,"Glen Pringle, we, the FBI, have a mission for you.
Strange things are happening on Earth and also in space", the agent said. We need Sparx and you to go out on a mission. So we say yes.
So we got on a plane lent to us by the government Sparx is driving because I can't drive a plane. We were flying around a small island when the missile hit. The plane shook with the force of the blast,and broke in half! I was flying on Sparx's back when we heard the machine gun. It was aimed right toward us! I held on Sparx tightly and looked for the sound of the gun. It came from a small island, dense with trees. A person looked at us and ran into the woods. "I wonder who that was,"I asked. "I hear large machines, possibly underground," "I don't know anything about this island, but I want to check it out" I said. So we walked into the forest.
It was dark in the forest, but not to dark to see. A helicopter flew overhead, and we didn't see it in time. It shot stun darts at us, and we went out cold. We woke up in a jail cell, with Nano looking straight at us! Sparx took a quick swipe at him, but reeled back suddenly as if shot. "Like my electric bars" Nano said, with a evil grin on his cruel face. "I shall get my underground prisoners some food" he said, and went away. Quickly Sparx and I started digging at the wall, and we made a tunnel. We went through it quickly and fell in a air duct. I grabbed Sparx and he flew up and went past the island, past the trees, over the ocean, back to Florida. We flew to Kennedy Space Center, got into a armed rocket and went into space. We were orbiting the earth when Sparx saw Nano's spaceship behind us, loaded with missiles. We sped up, hoping to lose it, but it kept our pace. We braked suddenly, and it shot in front of us. We shot one of our missiles at the ship, and it blew up. "Was Nano on that ship"? I asked. "I don't know, but lets go back " Sparx said. So we went back to earth.
When Sparx and I landed, a small crowd was waiting for us.
We quickly went to Sparx's cave to be alone, but there was one person there. Our FBI agent. He said,"Sparx, we have found a female blue-tipped flying lizard named Rachel." "Would you"? He made motions with his hands and Sparx said yes. The lizards would get married! So they got ready for the wedding. However, someone would come uninvited...
It was the day of the wedding. Everybody was happy especially me, for I was the best man. During the after-wedding brunch, Nano came in! He put Sparx in a headlock, but he did not think of Rachel. She snuck up behind Nano, and put him in a nelson . The police came, and took him away.
"Where do you want to go on our honeymoon" said Sparx.
